that riddles my being and shreds my soul why this feeling of anxiety
uncertain anguish
absence of existence
tormented by thought

coming to grips with the nothingness of being
embarrassed at the lessening of the self

nonbeing the key to finitude
nothingness the object of dread
death the path to freedom
but I am much too late

sounds of laughter from the unknown
creep into my head filling it with insanity

meaningless images
jam thought processes
the more want of sleep
the less able to fall away
psychotic intentions
subdued only by frustration
sinking in the abyss
living absence of existence
