Paul Motian Biografie
Stephen Paul Motian [ˈmoʊ.ʃən] (* 25. März 1931 in Philadelphia; † 22. November 2011 in New York City[1]) war ein US-amerikanischer Schlagzeuger des Modern Jazz. Der New York Times zufolge war er einer der einflussreichsten Jazzmusiker der letzten fünfzig Jahre.[2]
