You looked in my eyes and the world stood still no useless words, nothing that hurts was it all worth it?
Your breath failed to bridge the breach
I looked upon the sea, standing at the beach

Was it all worth it, what we'd as we thought?
Was it all worth it, what we did as we were told?
The temperature decreased, our words did freeze
inked in our hearts, in mine, at least
