Shadows start to creep all over
endgulfing me in a gray mist.
I fight for air in this suffocation
Gasping and gulping my lungs start to close
Suddenly I awake lying on a bed of satin pedals
which start to drown me.
Kicking and screaming, I rise up the breath.
And find myself pushed back down to drown.

Barriers at every turn I make.
No one to release me from this cage.

Coughing, and wheezing, bleeding
I extend my hand to you.
All I ask it for you take save me,
to give me life again.
Yet all I see is your back to me.
No more dreams, I am sinking.
Struggling to boost myself for one last breath of air
But you're not there.
